What happens when people post about committing suicide on Facebook? What would Facebook do?

I really don't know about suicide on Facebook, but I've answered questions
here in Yahoo Q&A from questions suggesting they think they have no
alternative than to commit suicide. I usually answer it in a religious type
of answer, and hope I've changed a few minds.
