What's a safe and fun messaging/chat site, that I can use to replace Facebook?

All of these involve signing up, but they'll be safe and private. TheOtaku.com has a chat room which you can make private. Or you can join the community chat but there's usually not a lot of people on it at the same time. Or you can sign up for skype. Not only does it include video messaging but you can also send regular messages at the bottom of your screen.

(And I think 14 likes is a lot of a picture. But "likes" doesn't always equal beauty. I usually get 3-4 on a pic. Just a piece of advice, if it bothers you how many likes the "pretty" girls get, just unfriend them. And the number of friends you have shouldn't matter either. I'd unfriend all those creepy guys too. Keep the ones that matter close to you. Those are the real friends.)
