Don't say anything till you get you butt to their house and then you will might find the answer to your question yourself without confessing anything.
Think about it what she has done to show any signs
Such as:
Any physical interaction
Told you secrets she has never told anyone
Made a move on you


if nothing, and after you been to her house and still nothing then what do you have to lose.
