My friend cuts herself, can someone help with this question..?

be open, dont judge her you dont know whats going through her head as she does it. me and my bestfriend both use to / do cut. but we helped eachother support, my bestfriend helped me with my depression, let her know you care, dont force help upon her i hate when people tell me i need help, dont tell her parents thats her place not yours. talk to her and try to get her agree to see a counsillor or an adult she trusts not necessarily parents or teachers, go with her? constantly show her you love her, tell her how amazing she is. and tell her how it makes you feel.. tell her there are other ways to make herself feel better, show her she can be happy without cutting, help her subtly, be honest and dont judge her or make her feel worse. she is officially in a very delicate state of mind just show her you want to help her stop, but she for herself needs to decide officially that she wants to stop. just support her all you can.
