Personally I use Opera.

Any of the browsers can do what you want. I've used I.E, Chrome, FF and Opera. Played with extensions that are available for the browser o suit my needs.

I decided to stick with Opera+Ghostery because I like it's features better. And keep Fire Fox as a back up browser.
