People who post selfies on instagram, looking for likes, are insecure and have a low self-image.

Unfortunately it does seem to be common these days. Is it normal?. . . probably not.

There is sometimes no way to tell for sure if an image has been Photoshopped if it's done well. However, sometimes there are clues if it's been done badly - like for example if the room or background is warped near her waist - example: http://i.imgur.com/pfuw6.jpg
