Keeping someone from viewing posts on facebook/tumblr?

So I used to be really good friends with this guy, but then we stopped talking. I spoke to him one time about a week ago and he thinks we're the best of friends again, and he's liking and commenting on EVERYTHING I post. I have my twitter connected to my facebook, so it's a lot. The privacy settings have changed, so I'm not sure how to keep him from seeing them. Is there a way I can edit my lists to have all my other friends but him?
Also, he goes on my tumblr all the time, then puts MY posts as HIS statuses, which irritates me because he doesn't have a tumblr and I get no credit for his statuses. Anyways to block him?

I don't want to be too mean and block him completely,plus he'll notice that his best friend isn't on his friend list anymore
