Do I need professional medical help with this razor cut?

I'd get medical help if I were you. Unfortunately I was in a very similar situation the only difference was where my cut was. Any who, it might need stitches because of how deep it is. I didn't get stitches because I didn't know it was that bad until it finally healed, it's a really bad scar now. It's darker than the rest of my skin, almost like a permanent and smooth scab.
