Is she really my friend?

I have only one friend from my old school, which we chat on Facebook. She always mentions how she has better friends than me and she's dating another girl, (she's bi) and saying they'll be together forever. She never carries the conversation and always posts pictures of her making out with her gf. When my mom was in a car accident and died, she said "ok". She never wished me happy birthday, even when I told her it was. I went to her birthday party and gave her a present. (At the party she completely ignored me and looked at porn with her gf). And just now she posted a status saying how she had a bad dream about her gf and her gf father died in a car accident and being dramatic. I wanted to punch her in the face. When I asked her if she wants to go my house she said her parents won't let her AND THEN SHE POSTS A PIC OF HER AT HER FRIENDS HOUSE! I have social anxiety so it's very hard for me to make friends at my new school.
