wow, it must be very difficult for you. It doesn't sound as if she is a true friend to be honest. Sadly people change and move on from one another and its a shame that it has caused you to get hurt. I would say to be civil as not to cause arguments but to try and get out there more and meet new people like she has. I know how difficult it can be as I too have social anxiety, but everything happens for a reason and there is someone out there for everyone, may it be a boyfriend/girlfriend or just a friend.
