It is quite possible that your IPad Air had more apps running in the back ground causing it to slow down.
Also, we&#x27;re you downloading the SAME app on both iPads at the same time? Some apps take longer to download, no matter the device or Wifi. ( Example: A 3D gaming app is going to take longer than the Facebook app.)
