Are people that use Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, ect. insecure?
Note: I never use any social networking sites. I am a VERY confident, friendly, and popular person.

Communicating is fine (such as chat for school purposes or organizing meetings) ,but why do people post things that they do throughout the day? (ex. LOL im at yogurtland!!! OMGee I just saw the cutest boy evarrr!!!)

I mean, are people that insecure that they need to gain recognition to feel good about themselves? Almost everyone these days do this.

What happened to the normal youth? I can see that everyone is starting to lose their people skills ,and beginning to lock themselves in their room and go on the computer all day.

P.S. I'm 15 years old.
Some of the things that you people said made no sense. How could being lazy relate to yahoo answers. Being glued to your computer waiting to hear a response (I know ironic), COULD mean that you are insecure.

Also I'm not "fooling" anyone. So please just honest, BS free answers.

Thanks.
