Just think about this man. While you're sitting back, casually flirting with this girl, this other guy is probably actively trying to set up dates. If she thinks that he is more serious about him moving things along with her than you are, then naturally she is going to go to him. Show some confidence and ask her out on a date. Here are your options. Option A: You don't ask her out, and she ends up with this other guy. B: You ask her out and she denies you. Or C: You ask her out and she accepts and you end up having a fighting chance.
