Just because you were granted a patent on an invention (assuming you were) doesn't mean anyone wants one, let alone everyone. Once your patent application was published (i.e., 18 months after your priority filing date), you would have been contacted by commercial suitors who wanted to purchase the rights to make, use, sell, or import the invention. If that didn't happen, you're on your own.
Saying things like "there is nothing like it" sort of gilds the lily since you claim it's "patented". You obviously cannot patent anything that has already been done by others. Seek out your market and determine what channels they use for finding things like your product. |
