I think facebook just gradually started getting ads by itself. if you want a facebook background you should download google chrome (If you don't already have it) and in there web store they have tons of apps and theres one called facefetti download it and you have tons of different backgrounds to choose from. Im not sure if this is what you were asking but i hoped it helped. Smile and its free.
