I'm heartbroken and I'm so depressed?

I had been with her a year and a half until today. She told me she didn't want me anymore and I don't know what to do, I'm so upset and I feel like I've lost everything. She didnt have twitter when we were together and now she's got it and she's talking to boys and saying horrible things about me. I cant stop checking it. Earlier she tweeted "new number inbox me your numbers". All I can think about is her with someone else and it hurts so bad. I just want her back. I can't take this anymore. Someone make this pain go away
