First of all, maybe you should find a group to start hanging out with? Secondly, do NOT listen to girls opinions and ratings of you. You should only count your own opinion. Thirdly, I am the same as you and don't get invited out to many places but it will change, maybe you just have to make it change? Plus it isn't such a bad thing. You have more time for educational stuff (it may sound boring but it is definitely worth it) I wish i would have used my spare time wisely. Also I wouldn't be too worried about the social networking sites. They are bad news. If you really do want one i would suggest Twitter, as to me it is better than Facebook and more interesting.
