It's 'management BS', basically to create high-paid non-jobs, 'managers' have create 'specialty-jobs' that take a very 1-dimensional approach to skill, and talent.

It's the disease of current businesses, Management layers take up 60% of the money in companies, and contribute -15% on average, which means you can literally fire most managers, and turn a profit, have a better functioning company, and a better future.

Problem is though, Bosses, and other Managers spend all day, every day brainwashing each other how needed they are, in finding 'specialty-jobs'.
