Nope, you'll have to re-download and start over.

My suggestion? Buy an iPod Touch and just play them on that. Just buy like the 4th gen or something.

Oh, but the exception is if it links to some sort of account system (like Facebook). So games like Candy Crush and whatnot, WOULD transfer.
