Why does my boyfriend have so many female friends on facebook?

I don't know if he adds them or they add him but he has around 150 friends and 90% are women. I was honestly pissed off and I'm feeling very insecure. I don't understand. Why would he have female friends? They really aren't even attractive to be honest. He's the one that always asks me if I go out if I went out with a guy or girl, I ask what the difference is he says "there's a difference" meanwhile he has all these women as friends on Facebook? I rarely go on Facebook but I wanted to add him just cause. I'm feeling annoyed insecure and pissed off. I accused him of cheating on me the other day because he is always sleeping exhausted from work and I felt neglected and he told me I need to trust him etc. But after this honestly I'm pretty annoyed. I am way better looking than any of these girls he's Facebook friends with.

I sound so dumb I bet. What is wrong with me? How can I try to rationalize all of this? He tells me he is not cheating and he wouldn't want to. I honestly feel like dumping him this is an added reason.
