Someone's using my email?

I didn't take this to seriously along time ago, I just let it slide, but now it's getting annoying... I made an email " loving@ymail.com " Which I am on right now and I have been receiving a bunch of emails, twitter updates, statuses, ect ect and it's not mine. It's some girl name Rowina? And I have been getting emails... I even got an email from this dating website AND I CAN EVEN CHANGE THE PASSWORD AND LOG INTO IT WITH THE EMAIL using the username/email
" Loving@ymail.com " and the password that I changed. I think I can log into any of the accounts because I can just click change password, send to email, change it, and log in. Am I being hacked or is this a bug. Bug like loving@yahoo.com and loving@ymail.com are interlinked? I can't even contact yahoo with this problem because I don't know how... Please help.
