Creating a Fake Facebook Page not for posting?

I'm looking to create a fake Facebook page. I do not intend to upload it to FB, but will be using it as a teaching tool. I need to be able to put pictures, and posts on it for learning purposes, but since it will be obviously fake, do not want to have it on FB.

I've seen some that are kind of funny that weren't real, does anybody know of a program that allows you to do something like that?

Ok, looks like I wasn't clear enough. I want to create something like this:

Not an actual page, but an image of a dummied Facebook page. It's for a training for managers where they will evaluate how to deal with employees posting things that may reflect negatively on the organization. Obviously, I'm not going to put random weirdness on my own page to use, so I want to create something.
