She is uninterested in you. I think that you should leave her out and stop talking to her since she doesn't want to talk to you. She probably said you creep her out because you keep on talking to her and not getting the message that she is trying to send your way. You don't need that kind of girl in your life; you said you wanted her as a friend and friends don't ignore each other. Avoid her and move on.
