Hi JJ123,
I'm part of Vodafone's Web Relations Team and I'd like to offer some help and advice. You haven't mentioned which phone you're having problems with, but we're always ready to help you. Have you tried your SIM card in another handset? Do the problems continue, or stop? If they stop then there's definitely a problem with your handset - if they carry on then it could be your SIM, or simply the network itself is having problems. If your handset is faulty, then you're entitled to a repair for the length of your commitment to Vodafone (Most handsets have a 24 month warranty). If you'd like us to help, please feel free to email me here: http://bit.ly/1h8KuG - please include MMM135 in the subject field so that the email comes directly through to my team, along with the URL for this page, and your Yahoo username so we can identify the problem :-) I'm afraid I'd have to disagree with the poster who says that our network is getting worse - we're continually improving our network coverage - Sure Signal boxes have been introduced to cover those areas where coverage is not as good as it could be. If you'd like to check your coverage, pop your postcode in here: http://bit.ly/9j0MRv @YumiMumi, drop us a line too using the link above and we'll see what we can do to sort this out for you ;-) If you have any other questions we have our own Twitter pages where we also provide support, follow us and we're on call whenever you have a question! http://twitter.com/VodafoneUKdeals http://twitter.com/VodafoneUK All the best, Paul Web Relations Team Vodafone UK |
