I'm getting this message on facebook, is it a scam?

it's a SCAM. DO NOT forward that message

Facebook's ad rates are based on the number of users they have.They are trying to get even MORE users, not get rid of users. And Facebook would NEVER ask you to spam 15 people

You wonder how you get on spam lists - this is exactly how it works. These are scams to collect email addresses
