It is called a restraining order and you get it from the courts.
You already have proof, the facebook page, and anyone that witness his behavior. In addition, the next time you come across him take a video of him saying things, that would be even more evidence. Just make sure you keep your cool. If you do this you will have to keep your new boyfriend under control otherwise your old boyfriend can press charges against him! I am wondering if there is something deeper going on here. Do you like the fact that your new boyfriend beats him up? Are you still keeping the war going in a passive / aggressive style? After all you have to do is forget this guy. Cut him off of everything then he is gone. Do you like the drama in some way? If not… You should be able to just drop him. Even if you live in a small town, if anyone says anything you can just say “Oh, him, he is just jealous I have a new boyfriend!†As long as you take the high road, it will be obvious your old boyfriend is on the low road! |
