She doesn't want you that is why she doesn't reply. Probably makes fun of you behind your back showing her other friends your messages or worse yet when her message goes off looks at it and says oh he is such a loser. Start trying so hard dude get with someone that fits your own image and treat her right. This will be the girl for you in the long run. This other girl sounds like she knows she is good looking and will talk to you when not one person is around so she doesn't get associated with you.
