When a someone says they aren't ready to be in a relationship, this is just a nice way of saying "i'm not interested." You will never find out why she's not interested --unless you ask her directly and she has enough guts to tell you the truth, but this is doubtful. Don't worry about your looks/popularity, BUT, make sure you are clean, groomed, clean breathed and take pride in your appearance --every day, and you'll be alright. Be yourself, unless of course you are sarcastic, needy, pitiful, vengeful, in which case you need to change this asap.

you could ask this girl out -but tell her it's just to blow some time and see a movie together as friends, this way she doesn't feel any pressure. maybe if she hangs out with you she'll get to like you. But sweetie, nice pretty girls will come and go throughout your life; don't bother with a girl who doesn't want to give you the time or day --try and hook up with some other girl --I gaurantee this will make the girl you like reconsider you, at least a little.

Oh and girls aren't "real bitches" --this is only something guys say when his pride is hurt and he doesn't know how to deal with rejection, his emotions, and basically life --don't be this kind of guy --I promise you, it's miserable.
