Ooh, lordy. Man you messed up big time. I did this same exact thing when i was in high school. The best thing you should do, is go up to her and express how you feel. She's not going to respond to you over facebook, simply because she would rather hear you say how you feel, instead of reading what you wrote.
I hope the best for you! and remember, from now on, don't ever post something on facebook you'll later regret, and secondly, don't ignore someone you truly care about deep down.
Go get her, before it's too late!
