First, change your e-mail's password to maria_loreto888. Then you need to get back into your old facebook and change your password and they'll send a confirmation e-mail to your inbox, select confirm, then de-activate your account. If none of the above works you can always ask your friends to report that account, or call facebook's help line or e-mail them.
