If you don't get an upload option, it is a glitch.

Many people have asked this over many months, which just goes to show that you are not alone and Yahoo doesn't seem to be fixing it.. Try clearing your cookies, cache, and history, restart your computer, and try again, or on a different browser, or even a different computer. Otherwise, you're out of luck.

Another possibility - you have to be on a computer to do this, NOT a mobile device.
