It sounds to me like she definitely likes you so you got that going for you. I suggest that right now you tell her you like her. Dont make it weird, just casually inform her that you like her as more than a friend. After this, then ask her out. It will help her to understand that it is in fact a date and she can react properly. Good Luck!
