Unable to access yahoo account ?
I know someone who has tried several times to access their yahoo mail account and has been unable to do so. They have tried to reset their password but has been unable to do so since they cannot remember the answers to their security questions. They have also tried to contact costumer service by phone but has been unable to get through. What else can be done?
