Does this mean he's cheating?

I believe his problems IS that he IS insecure. You're busy most of the time with your book, school & other things. He doesn't have as much on his "plate" as you do. He's blaming these guys who give you compliments as that you're cheating on him. IF he would go on your Face Book & everything else you've given him privilege to, he'd find out you are NOT cheating on him. I just believe it's that your time is so taken up with other things, he instead blames it on you cheating. I think he's a bit jealous of ALL the things you're involved in, this is a way to get your attention & he also feels insecure by it all. TRY to spend more time with him & share as much as you can with him to make him feel a bit more important. I really believe this is all it is. Good luck with your book, honey, the very best to you...
