How to get popular on YouTube?
I've been trying a year almost completely following the rule upload everyday. With good editing most of the time. And following other things people say but I'm still getting no where.
123 videos, with 65 subscribers since 2012. Then I see these people who joined YouTube five months ago with 10 videos and 15k subscribers, not being popular on social media before hand.
What am I doing wrong man?

Also, once I hit one hundred subscribers. I'm doing one hundred dares for a video. Comment some below, thanks.
