The guy I'm dating lied about having a facebook account?

I met this guy in a dating site. He's 37 and I'm 23 and on our first date, we decided to continue seeing each other because we both feel that we can easily relate to each other. I have been dating him for almost a month now and on three separate occasions, I have asked him if he has an account in Facebook, he said none, explaining that he is too busy to manage a Facebook account. I obviously did not believe him when I asked him the first time so I asked him twice then thrice. As I have said, in all three occasions he said none. I was not still satisfied and I felt that he's still lying. Why? I met him in a dating online site so how come he doesn't have an FB? So I tried to look him up in FB and voila! I found his profile! I am not sure though if he is still active or not. The point is, he still lied about having an FB account.

I do not know how to react on this. Should I tell him directly that I know he's been lying? Should I stop dating him or should I wait for him to be more comfortable to open his personal life to me?
