Sounds like you should move on from this.
It's never a good idea to keep in touch with an ex after a break up, as it just prolongs the agony.
You could make one last attempt, using the cd as a gift for valentines day (tomorrow).
You could say you had arranged this for her back when you were dating and wanted to give it to her as a gesture of goodwill..and wish her all the best for the future. The cd will remind her of you.
She may or may not contact you again..but at least you can then fully move on.
You can't make someone like you in that way if they don't.
