if I didn't block this guy on my fb, then who did?

If you can still see his page and YOU can still message him, his account was probably disabled. He&#x27;s still able to post pictures and such, he just can&#x27;t add anyone or chat probably. Sometimes when this happens you can&#x27;t comment on anything either. This has happened to me a few times due to:
-Accepting too many friend requests at one time
-Commenting on a photo like so many times at once. (Spamming)
He could also be blocked is someone reported him for posting something inappropriate.
