The best thing u have to do is to forget him...u ve been holding on for too long....just forget him..I knw its not gon be easy but u really have to..delete and do away with anything that brings back his memories....stop feeling miserable and try to go out,to the gym...just do things to keep ur mind off him...he isn't worth it...
