Why don't you answer your phone, Yahoo?

What gives with Yahoo not answering customer service calls? I changed my password when I heard their mail server had been hacked. Now I am locked out of my email and can't contact them. I sent a customer service email and they indicated they would respond to the address which I cannot use. I have tried for two days to contact customer service by phone without being able to do so.
I am not registered on Facebook or Twitter and do not want to do so. The first url given in the answer doesn't work, and the phone number given is constantly busy, or leaves me on hold for ten or fifteen minutes, then signs off. I am still waiting to be able to access my Yahoo mail account.
