How do I delete my Instagram with out a password or email?

Unfortunately, Instagram's policy is that if you do not remember your email address, you no longer have access to the email address or you posted the wrong email address Instagram cannot release the password or user name to you and you will not be permitted to access your account to delete it.

In the future, please be more careful about what you post on the internet and remember to write down your account information so you do not forget.
