Should I stop talking to my 'friends'?
Ok so I don't really like the group I hang out with and I don't think that they like me either. Basically I am close with one girl in the group but she is best friends with everyone else to. Yesterday my 'friend' had a birthday party and she invited everyone in the group except for me and that proves that they don't want me there right? I wasn't upset at all in fact I was happy because I have a lot of revision to do because of my exams for next week.

Anyway at school I feel like I am the most quiet person in the group. They are all loud and always tell me to talk which just makes it very awkward most of them don't even share the same interests as me. I feel like they will be happy if I just leave the group. These days I have been hanging out with my best friend in the class whom I have known for 7 years and to her I'm very confident and can talk about anything without her finding me weird also I like her friends better too, I feel like I can laugh and I am more open with them than the people I actually hang around with. My current friends seem fake and I feel like they don't accept the fact that I'm more quiet than them.

So do you think that I will be better off with my best friend and her friends? And we're the people that didn't invite me to the party even my friends in the first place?

I'm 14 turning 15 in April
