Magic:
A breton. Spend points in destruction and healing before you start to do other ones. Also alchemy and enchanting can help a lot because well duh magic. Use magical place obea instead ofnarmor armor can make your effectiveness drop.

Melee:
Use a warhammer swords suck. Unless you are stealth (next). Use enchanting to better your heavy armor and smithing to make it. Use a lot of power attacks for faster kills. Use a nprd or imperial

Stealth: This is what I do. Use a kajiit (cat). Spend everything on any stealth skill that sounds best for you. Use bow and arrow. Keep two swords in your inventory for emergency. Use smithing to create light armor and new weapons. Enchanting to better your weapons. Also get a good alchemy level and get the posionist thing and always collect frostbite spider venom.
