I have Facebook and I don't use it much, he might coincidentally deactivate it because he doesn't use it? Don't go to the guy, wait for him to come to you. Guys aren't that important, we are everywhere, just have to be patient to wait for the right one to come to you. Smile I mean, you initiated the conversation and he doesn't even put half the effort in to reply right? Then he is definitely not worth your love.
