You've done the best you can do by alerting his parents and his school administrators. They are the folks who are best trained to deal with your friend's mental situation.
The is behaving with the mindset of a child. She sees you as getting between her and your friend so she is using this as her way of getting even. If she is pregnant that is her responsibility. However, she will try to drag you into the mess as a way to have someone to blame for her own (and your friend's) mistakes. While your loyalty to your friend is admirable, there is not much more you can do at this stage except offer your support. But the issue is now in the hands of their (your friend and his girlfriend) parents - you have done the most you could do to defuse the situation.
