I'm in love I don't know what to do?

"In love" is not love.
"In love" is being drawn to a fantasy, and lusting after someone, being obsessed with them.
Goosebumps and jealousy belong to the fantasy of infatuation and have nothing to do with real love.

Real love develops slowly, over a few years, as the two of you develop a bond of being partners and or working together.
A crush is not love.

You are only driving yourself crazy with fantasy and lust.
The fact is that infatuation is no prediction that the two of you would even get along, and most infatuations end in heartbreak within 2 years at the longest. In fact, psychologists warn us that the stronger the chemistry-crush is, the bigger the problems will be in the relationship.

If you cannot talk some sense to yourself, and bring yourself back to reality, get some counselling.
