Well, there isn't really anything 'serious' going on with guy A at the moment, and it's hard to tell if he sees this as anything more than friendship right now, but of course it's possible that a friendship could turn into something more, but that 'possibility' doesn't 'tie you down' to guy A, not if there's been no mention of it being an 'exclusive' friendship/relationship, so it wouldn't be cheating if you decided to meet up with guyB, as you and guy A haven't made eachother any promises that would be broken, also, meeting up with guyB, might help you to get your own feelings in perspective about both guys. If you do decide to meet up with guy B, make sure that meeting is in a public place so you'll feel safe, at least until you get to know him in person a little better, when you do, your own instinct, or feeling, will help you sort out which one, if either, could be right for you, good luck, i hope you make the best choice for YOU.
