Can i get arrested in home country if i used licensed weapons in another country?

That depends on your home country's laws.

For example, (and it is just an example; of course you are not doing anything like this) some pedophiles go to different countries where it's easier to get to children. Even though they commit this act in another country, even if it's not illegal in that other country, the USA has laws that say that any citizen who does that, no matter where they are, can be arrested and tried back in the US. The government can wait until they get home and arrest them at their port of entry or at any other place.

I will tell you one thing, though; it's never good to attract negative attention from people in charge. They could always follow you around until you get a speeding ticket and then charge you with ten other obscure laws too, or they could use it if you ever get in a bar fight to show that you are aggressive and dangerous and should be locked up.
