I like the idea of Facebook. The venue thing is worth a shot, but a good venue isn't going to use a "subcontractor" they know nothing about. You need to get to the brides directly.

Also, why January to February? That's happening right now and most brides already have all arrangements finalized.

Finally, just as some free advice, make sure anything you put in writing is error free. There's some mistakes in your question, and hopefully you just typed it quickly. But when you're starting a business, you need to be professional, and that means attention to detail. Have someone proof it if you need to, even FB postings.

Also, retry on CL. I'm really surprised you didn't get something. Use keywords, title it carefully, and make sure you explain what you can offer and why you're doing this.
