Sounds like the two of you have alot of unintended drama going on. He is with someone, you are with someone, parents. Relax, play it cool and take it as it comes. You cant force things. He already says he likes you and you like him. Next time you two schedule to meet up, be there at that time. Be early, be on time, DO NOT be late! After the back and forth between the two of you, the last thing you want to do is leave him hanging. Besides, if you really do like him, there is absolutely no reason for you not to be on time. Dont worry to much, he told you he likes you, then do your part and prove you like him too!
